Do you charge more for last-minute moves?+
No. Same standard hourly pricing whether you book a month out or the night before - $150/hour for 2 movers + 1 truck, 3-hour minimum, +$50/hour per additional mover.
What if my building requires a COI on short notice?+
We can usually issue a Certificate of Insurance to your property manager within a few hours, often the same day. Email or text us the property management contact info when you book.
Can I get a full quote without an in-home estimate?+
For most last-minute moves, yes. A 5-10 minute phone call with your inventory list gets us close enough to a real quote that you can plan around it.
Will I get the same quality movers as a planned move?+
Yes. Same crews, same trucks, same licensed-and-insured company. There is no 'last-minute crew' vs 'planned move crew' distinction.
What if I need packing AND moving on the same day?+
We can do both as long as the calendar allows. Same-day packing + moving usually requires a larger crew (3-4 movers) to finish in a reasonable time window.
